The nema 11 hybrid stepper motor driver is a high-performance stepper motor driver developed by our company using servo technology. Its moment frequency curve is smooth. The full sine wave output can significantly suppress motor vibration and noise, and can be used with 28, 35, 39, 42 series two phase stepper motor.
The drive adopts imported modules to achieve high frequency chopping and constant current drive. It has strong anti-interference, high frequency performance, high starting frequency, and optical isolation between control signals and internal signals. It has optional current, simple structure, stable operation, good reliability and low noise.

This nema 11 hybrid stepper motor driver adopts a closed small structure, which does not have a fan itself, and its outer casing is a heat sink. Therefore, it should be fixed on a thicker, larger metal plate or a thicker cabinet. It is good to apply thermal grease, and adding a fan beside it is also a better way to dissipate heat.
Tin plating on the wire ends connected to the terminals is strictly prohibited. Doing so may cause heat damage to the terminals. Generally, the wire is pressed or directly connected, and the PE end on the driver is a grounded protection end. In the case of no isolated power supply, the driver and the motor must be grounded.
